Responsabilities

We are seeking a highly creative, adventurous, and technically strong Private Chef with a background in top-level gastronomy. The ideal candidate will come from a 2 Michelin restaurant environment* and have experience in private catering for up to 20–25 guests.

This role requires a chef who enjoys research, learning, and pushing culinary boundaries, while remaining adaptable to family life and daily household routines.

Culinary Creation & Execution

  • Daily meal preparation for the family and children
  • Cooking for staff meals
  • Managing private dinners, events, and catering (up to 20–25 guests)
  • Designing creative, refined, and seasonal menus
  • Strong mastery of Italian and French cuisine is essential
  • Willingness to continuously learn and explore new techniques and cuisines

Household Integration

  • Working closely with household staff and external service providers
  • Participating in family and staff meals
  • Building a close, respectful, and long-term relationship with the family

Logistics & Travel

  • Willingness to travel with the family, including:
    • Approximately 2 months during summer
    • Additional travel throughout the year as required
  • Holding a valid driving licence and being a confident driver is mandatory

  • Fluent English speaker (mandatory)
