Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join a private household in a live-out capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and laundry services, particularly with delicate items. Fluency in either English or French is required. This is a part-time position with a 40% workload, and the candidate must be available on-call for periods ranging from 2 weeks to 1.5 months throughout the year. The position is to start as soon as possible.
Housekeeping Duties:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the residence.
Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
Laundry Services:
Handle laundry tasks, with a focus on delicate items.
Operate washing machines and dryers, and perform hand-washing as needed.
On-Call Availability:
Be available on-call for 2 weeks to 1.5 months at various times during the year for intensive housekeeping and laundry services.
Language Skills:
Communicate effectively in either English or French to understand and fulfill household needs.
Proven experience in housekeeping.
Experience in handling laundry, particularly delicate items.
Fluent in either English or French.
Availability for on-call work for periods ranging from 2 weeks to 1.5 months throughout the year.
