Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Private Housekeeper to maintain the impeccable standards of a luxury residence located in the Gstaad area. This position requires a strong background in 5-star or ultra-high-net-worth housekeeping, excellent laundry skills, coordination with fellow staff members, and a good affinity with animals. The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth running of the household while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Housekeeping Excellence:
Perform thorough and meticulous housekeeping duties, adhering to 5-star or UHNW standards.
Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization throughout the residence.
2. Laundry Expertise:
Demonstrate excellent skills in managing laundry, including delicate fabrics and high-end clothing items.
3. Simple Cooking (Bonus):
Utilize basic cooking skills to prepare simple meals, enhancing the culinary offerings of the household.
4. Coordination with Staff:
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless household operations.
Coordinate tasks and communicate effectively to meet household needs.
5. Animal Care:
Display a strong affinity with animals and assist in their care, if required.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in 5-star or ultra-high-net-worth housekeeping is essential.
Proficiency in laundry, including delicate fabrics and specialized care.
Basic cooking skills are a plus, enhancing the overall household service.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to work well in a team, coordinating with fellow staff members.
Comfortable working in close proximity with animals.
Possession of a valid driving license, with confident driving skills.
Live-in position with the possibility of live-out, offering flexibility.
Opportunity to work in a luxury household environment.
Immediate start in mid-August or September.
Location based in the picturesque Gstaad area.
Workload of 100%, ensuring the highest level of service.
