Independently carry out repairs and maintenance work in all technical areas including electrical, plumbing, painting, and more

Monitor and maintain building systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical installations

Conduct regular inspections and safety checks on technical systems

Perform daily scheduled maintenance tasks

Execute minor repairs on plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and mechanical equipment

Perform surface and finish repairs (e.g., furniture touch-ups, paintwork, vinyl repair, silicone application)

Maintain inventories and daily checklists; report faults and technical breakdowns to the Property Manager

Support and implement special maintenance projects as needed

Fulfill any other reasonable task requested by the Property Manager or Group Chief Engineer

Apply and comply with safety and environmental standards, ensuring Life Safety and Fire Safety equipment and installations meet regulatory standards

Proven experience in a similar role in a Hotel or Private Household

Good command of English

Good understanding of the suppliers and area

Hourly based position averaging 20 hours per week

Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 working hours per day plus a 1-hour break when the property is unoccupied

When the property is occupied, days off (weekends and public holidays) may need to be adjusted within the legal framework
