Responsabilities

  • Independently carry out repairs and maintenance work in all technical areas including electrical, plumbing, painting, and more
  • Monitor and maintain building systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical installations
  • Conduct regular inspections and safety checks on technical systems
  • Perform daily scheduled maintenance tasks
  • Execute minor repairs on plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and mechanical equipment
  • Perform surface and finish repairs (e.g., furniture touch-ups, paintwork, vinyl repair, silicone application)
  • Maintain inventories and daily checklists; report faults and technical breakdowns to the Property Manager
  • Support and implement special maintenance projects as needed
  • Fulfill any other reasonable task requested by the Property Manager or Group Chief Engineer
  • Apply and comply with safety and environmental standards, ensuring Life Safety and Fire Safety equipment and installations meet regulatory standards

  • Proven experience in a similar role in a Hotel or Private Household

  • Full-time position averaging 40 hours per week
  • Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 working hours per day plus a 1-hour break (e.g., 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM) when the property is unoccupied
  • When the property is occupied, days off (weekends and public holidays) may need to be adjusted within the legal framework
