Ensure a high standard of service and comfort for the principals and their guests by overseeing the daily operations of the household, maintaining excellence in cleanliness, organization, hospitality, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception: Warm and professional welcome of the principals and their guests in accordance with household standards.
- Housekeeping Supervision: Oversee the cleanliness and order of the home in collaboration with the housekeeping and butler teams.
- Travel Preparation: Organize and coordinate all logistics related to the principals' travels between residences.
- Logistics & Service: Manage food and cleaning supply inventories; ensure elegant table settings and assist with meal service.
- Technical & Aesthetic Oversight: Monitor technical issues, liaise with relevant departments, and propose seasonal décor (e.g. Christmas, Easter).
- Team Coordination: Lead with a respectful and structured approach, provide regular briefings, and act as the main contact for the family’s assistant and chefs.
- HR & Planning: Adjust staff schedules based on workload, conduct annual staff reviews, and ensure continuous training in line with household standards.
