Responsabilities

  • A prestigious luxury hospitality establishment in Gstaad is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its culinary team for the current season.This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-end restaurant renowned for its refined cuisine and exceptional service standards.
    • Prepare and present dishes to the highest culinary standards.
    • Manage your assigned section independently while ensuring consistency and quality.
    • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the daily operation of the kitchen.
    • Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with recipes, presentation standards, and guest expectations.
    • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
    • Monitor stock levels within your section and minimise waste.
    • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • You

    • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or Michelin-level establishment.
    • Strong technical cooking skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience with high-volume service while maintaining exceptional quality.
    • Passion for gastronomy and willingness to learn and develop.
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and excellent organisational skills.
    • Good knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene standards.
    • English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
