As the Butler (Operation), you will play a crucial role in overseeing various operational aspects. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Expertise:

  • Execute and oversee day-to-day operational tasks, including housekeeping and service duties.
  • Ensure the seamless coordination of all operational activities within the residence.
  • Ensure a well-maintained and thoughtful welcome for guests, including answering the phone and relaying messages when the employer is unavailable.
  • Verify sufficient stocking of pantry and refrigerator, control expiration dates, and manage cleaning product inventory. Conduct restaurant-related inventories.
  • Ensure meticulous table setting and harmonious presentation. Provide daily meal service.
  • Conduct various purchases based on employer requests and in coordination with the House Manager.

Observation and Control:

  • Maintain a vigilant presence to observe and control all aspects of daily operations.
  • Guarantee the strict adherence to established standards and protocols.

Bilingual Proficiency:

  • Effectively communicate and liaise with the team in both French and English.
  • Facilitate clear and concise communication to uphold operational efficiency.

Driving License:

  • Utilize your driving skills for various operational requirements, such as errands and transportation needs.

Detailed Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain meticulous records related to operational activities, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Compile reports on housekeeping and service tasks for review.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the housekeeping and service teams to achieve seamless operations.
  • Foster a cooperative and positive working environment among team members.
  • Assist in preparing luggage and informing relevant individuals during trips.

Flexibility and Availability:

  • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including weekends, to meet the operational demands.
  • Be available for any unforeseen operational requirements.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular inspections to guarantee the quality of housekeeping and service tasks.
  • Implement improvements based on observations and feedback.

You

  • Proven experience in operational roles, including housekeeping overview and service.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • Holder of a driving license
