Responsabilities

After 5 years with our main activity in job placement and temporary rental, we have also taken over a cleaning company with 26 employees since November 2023 and are widely active in the Saanenland / Pays d'Enhaut and Obersimmental regions.

Therefore, our administrative team needs support in our office in Schönried:
- Accounts receivable & accounts payable
- Preparation of payment reminders
- Posting bank & cash book in the financial accounting system
- Checking employees' working hours
- Assistance in order management
- Correspondence with our international clientele
- Assistance with general HR administration from A-Z incl. payrolling

You

- Are service-oriented, flexible & enjoy working independently
- Have completed a commercial apprenticeship with experience in accounting and ideally in HR
- Have an eye for detail & a flair for numbers
- Are familiar with the usual MS Office programs
- Speak several languages (at least German & English)
