Your responsibilities:

In this diverse and interesting role, your tasks will include:

- Personal administrative support to the management : You will handle various administrative tasks and assist in the daily operations of the management.

- Administrative tasks in construction projects :You will be involved in the planning, coordination, and documentation of construction projects, supporting communication with all stakeholders.

- Accounts payable management :You will manage ongoing accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices.

- Appointment scheduling : You will organize and coordinate appointments for management, as well as internal and external partners.

- Point of contact for the management's clients : You will be the central point of contact for clients, ensuring professional communication and support.

- Responsibility for specific properties in property management : You will take responsibility for the management of individual properties, handling their administration, maintenance, and related tasks.General correspondence in German, French, and English.

You

You have :

- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications.

- Professional experience in a similar position.

- Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working.

- Excellent language skills in German, French, and English (written and spoken).

- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

- Independent, responsible, and reliable work ethic.
