Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Assistant to provide general support to a lady. This role involves a range of responsibilities including personal administration, coordination of bookings, general administration, and assisting with household tasks. The ideal candidate is versatile, resourceful, and adept in multitasking, with a willingness to adapt to evolving needs. Fluency in German and English is essential, while knowledge of French is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Personal Administration and Coordination:
Handle personal correspondence, scheduling, and appointments efficiently.
Coordinate bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
2. General Administration:
Maintain organized records, documents, and files.
Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
3. Household Assistance:
Provide light cooking and cleaning support as needed.
Offer tutoring for a 9-year-old, contributing to their educational development.
Assist with the care of 3 dogs, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
4. Language Proficiency:
Communicate effectively in German and English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in French would be advantageous.
5. Residential Arrangement:
Start with a live-in or live-out arrangement, transitioning to live-out if preferable.
Collaborate harmoniously within the household environment.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Personal Assistant with a background in administration and coordination.
Ability to handle scheduling, appointments, and bookings with exceptional organizational skills.
Willingness to contribute to household tasks such as light cooking, light cleaning, and tutoring.
Proficiency in German and English, with knowledge of French being a plus.
Flexibility to adjust to changing needs and tasks.
Previous experience in tutoring and pet care is advantageous.
Valid driving license is essential.
Initial live-in arrangement with the possibility of transitioning to live-ou.
