Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a professional kitchen.

Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate culinary staff.
Proficient in recipe development, execution, and plating techniques.
Effective communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong command of German and English
