Overview:We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman with a flair for interior design in Gstaad, Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the interior spaces of our properties and warehouse, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks
  • Install and repair fixtures, fittings, and appliances as needed, ensuring they are safe and functional.
  • Assist with interior design projects, including space planning, furniture selection, and color coordination, to enhance the visual appeal of properties.
  • Source materials, furnishings, and accessories that align with clients' preferences and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to develop design concepts and execute projects according to specifications.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, and ensure they are kept organized and in good working condition.
  • Coordinate with external service providers and vendors to schedule deliveries, installations, and repairs as needed.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout properties, including common areas, living spaces, and storage areas.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and techniques, and incorporate innovative design solutions into projects.

You

  • Proven experience as a Handyman or Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in a variety of maintenance and repair skills, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
  • Creative flair and passion for interior design, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find innovative solutions to design and maintenance challenges.
  • Authorization to work in Switzerland.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
